You really pegged it on the speed limits being increased not a solution. Faster drivers are the hazard, and hiway patrol is never there to spot them when l'm driving the limit which is 65 here and 70 around Sacramento, yet some pass me on both sides and l feel like l can't change lanes properly in those cases. lt gets wild.
